I am, an experienced HR Manager at Smailes Goldie Accountants with strong local connections personally and professionally. Having grown up in Paull and attended Paull Primary School, I am deeply committed to the education and well-being of children in our community. I am also a mother of two children (slightly older than primary school age: 26 and 17).
My professional experience in HR and the Smailes Goldie leadership team has equipped me with a strong understanding of organisational management, strategic planning, and people development. I am eager to apply these skills to contribute to the governance and strategic direction of Paull Primary School.
I am passionate about encouraging and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. I believe by working collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community, we can create a school that empowers students to succeed.
Outside my professional life, I love to get outdoors walking my dogs and riding my beloved horse, Winston, which helps keep me healthy and active.
